Meet Lauren

I’m Lauren, owner of Holistic Health and Chiropractic. I’m a Mum of three young girls, I live in Pegasus Canterbury, New Zealand. I have always had a passion for healthy living and inspiring others to approach their health in a holistic way.

I am a chiropractor and nutrition consultant. I’m currently working online offering nutrition consults and care packages, I’m putting chiro on hold for now until my girls are older. Id love to set up a small clinic in the future to offer chiropractic and other health modalities.

I grew up doing competitive rhythmic gymnastics and dancing which created a strong understanding and appreciation for my body and to then transfer my motivation and perseverance into water sports which I still love to do now especially surfing.

I love to look after all ages and stages however I’m very passionate in putting more energy into postpartum care. The transition that occurs on all levels for women, from leading up to conception to then the pregnancy and birth and following the birth their postpartum journey, it is a huge transformation.

Tahi oil is sooo good , my stretch marks look great! I had twins earlier this year and since using Tahi it has made such a difference. Tahi oil is a must have postpartum and in everyday life. Ive been able to use it both on myself and my baby. It really soaks into your skin unlike other oils and my skin feels amazing after applying it.
