Melissa helps guide women through the emotional recovery from traumatic births and pregnancy loss, with compassionate support and holistic healing
Melissa can help you understand why certain events may have happened during your birth, explain the physical processes of labor and birth, and offer holistic tools to begin your healing journey. If you are planning another birth, we can also work together to ensure it is a healing and empowering experience.
As part of the Postpartum Align 3 week care package Melissa can offer support via zoom or if you are wanting to work with her outside of the package, different offerings online and if you are local to Taranaki, you can meet in person.

Manutuke Herb Blends
Homeopathy is founded on two principles that have occurred regularly throughout the history of medicine, both in eastern and western worlds.

Organic Wheat Pack
Organic Wheat packs made with organic buckwheat and our unique nil fabrics. These are handmade in New Zealand using GOTS certified organic cotton produced by our Fair Trade supplier in India.
Bringing heat to the abdominal area after having a baby promotes the uterus to naturally go back to its pre pregnancy size, expels trapped air, helps with digestion and constipation, and breaks up residual blood clots allowing for the lochia (postpartum bleeding) to flow more easily speeding the healing process.

ANF Therapy Discs
An additional option particularly supportive after a c-section
- The discs exclusively release the electrical frequencies stored in the carbonated metal they are made of
- These frequencies are already used by the body itself to function; the discs only amplify them. By doing so, the body’s functions start to work normally again strengthened and normalised.

Organic Tea
This tea is a combination of herbs to help restore connective tissue health, uterine tone, provide hormonal and liver support.
Directions for Use
- Infuse 1 teaspoon in one cup of boiling water.
- Cover. Infuse up to 5 minutes. Drink four cups per day.
- Alternatively, add 1 tablespoon in three cups of boiling water.
- Cover. Infuse for up to 10 minutes. Strain.
- Drink throughout the day.
Put into a drinking bottle or leave in fridge to grab some when you get a moment. Or get your partner to do it for you because you need rest!
